"Helping Individuals and Families Rise Above Housing Instability and Restore Stability"

The Rise and Restore Program, a cornerstone of Spring Lake Family Support Services, is dedicated to supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Grounded in dignity, compassion, and a client‑centered approach, the program provides safe and supportive pathways toward stable housing and greater independence. Through personalized case management, housing navigation, and advocacy, participants receive help securing emergency, transitional, and long‑term housing options, as well as assistance with budgeting, landlord communication, and connecting to essential community resources that strengthen their ability to remain stably housed.
In addition to housing support, Rise and Restore addresses the broader challenges that often accompany housing instability, including unemployment, financial hardship, and basic needs insecurity. Participants can access referrals for employment and job‑readiness services, financial literacy support, and assistance with food, transportation, and other critical resources, creating a foundation for long‑term stability. By combining practical support with encouragement and advocacy, the Rise and Restore Program walks alongside individuals and families as they work to overcome barriers, rebuild their lives, and create safe, stable homes, helping individuals and families rise above housing instability and restore stability.
