Mailbox Service​​

The Kinsey House provides a free mailbox service for people experiencing homelessness who need a stable mailing address for letters, identification, benefits, or job applications. Mail can be received and securely held at our office; recipients will be notified by phone or in person when items arrive and can pick them up during our regular hours. To use the service, bring any available ID or ask our intake staff to help you register; we respect privacy and will only share mail with the person listed. This service is offered at no cost as part of Spring Family Support Services’ commitment to restoring dignity and helping neighbors connect to resources and opportunities.
