We invite seniors, caregivers, and community members to come together for a day of connection, learning, and support. Join us on Friday, September 25th, 2026, from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Spring Lake Recreation Center & Senior Center, located at 245 Ruth St., Spring Lake, NC.

This uplifting event brings together seniors, caregivers, local organizations, and community members for a day filled with valuable resources, engaging workshops, and opportunities to connect with providers who specialize in healthy aging. Whether you're seeking information, support, or simply a welcoming space to learn and engage, this expo offers something for everyone.
