Second Chances on Two Wheels:

Empowering Justice-Involved Individuals in Cumberland County

We are dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome challenges like homelessness, domestic violence, and economic hardship, while supporting justice-involved individuals as they rebuild their lives.

 

One of the biggest barriers for justice-involved individuals returning from incarceration is reliable transportation. In Cumberland County, North Carolina, many lack access to vehicles or driver’s licenses, making it difficult to secure employment, attend vital appointments, or reconnect with loved ones.

 

That’s why we’re launching “Second Chances on Two Wheels”, an initiative to provide 50 bicycles to individuals reentering our community. These bicycles will serve as a bridge to independence, stability, and opportunity.
